Humanities are considered the cornerstone of shaping human understanding and developing the skills necessary for effective management in organizations. This research explores the relationship between the humanities and modern management practices by analyzing how principles of the humanities can enhance critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. The study also examines how these disciplines can be integrated into the curricula of management colleges and presents strategies for improving the educational process. By employing a mixed methodology that includes surveys and interviews, the research provides insights into the challenges and opportunities available in this field. The study concludes that integrating the humanities can contribute to enhancing leaders’ skills and help them understand the cultural and social contexts that influence work environments
