Participant

To ensure an organised and professional experience for all participants, the following registration policy will apply:

1. Eligibility

  • The conference is open to academics, researchers, students, practitioners, professionals in relevant fields and everyone who interested to join.

  • Authors of accepted papers must register in order to present.

  • Each accepted paper requires at least one registered presenter.

2. Registration Categories

Participants may register under the following categories:

  • Presenter (Local / International)

  • Participant / Attendee

  • Student Presenter (with valid student ID)

3. Registration Process

  1. Complete the online registration

  2. Upload your proof of payment or submit your payment details through email.

  3. Receive a confirmation email and official receipt within 5–7 working days.

  4. Registered presenters will receive their presentation slot, e-certificate, and conference materials.

5. Paper Presentation Policy

  • Each presenter is allowed to present one paper per registration.

  • Additional papers will incur a surcharge per paper.

  • All papers must be presented by registered participants for inclusion in proceedings/certificates.

6. Virtual Participation

  • Virtual presenters must attend via the CFORSJ official youtube channel.

  • Every presenters have to submit Pre-recorded presentations.

  • Certificates and materials will be provided digitally.

7. Group/Institutional Registration

  • Institutions sending more than 5 participants are eligible for group discounts (subject to approval).

  • A designated group coordinator must handle registration and payment processes.

8. No On-Site Registration

  • All registrations must be completed before the final deadline.

  • On-site registration is not available as conference will be held online/virtually.

9. Certificate and Materials

  • E-certificates of presentation/attendance will be issued only to registered participants/authors who attend and participate fully in the conference.

  • Access to conference materials (e.g., book of abstracts, proceedings) is provided only to registered participants.

10. Code of Conduct

  • By registering, all participants agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event.

  • The committee reserves the right to revoke access to any participant who violates the code of conduct.
